Canudos, Bahia, Brasil. 12/1997..Criacao de gado caprino na caatinga, em Canudos, local da famosa Guerra de Canudos, que foi um movimento político-religioso brasileiro que durou de 1896 a 1897, ocorrida na cidade de Canudos no interior do Estado da Bahia./ Goat farm in the caatinga of Canudos. The War of Canudos was a conflict between the state of Brazil and a group of some 30,000 settlers who had founded their own community in the northeastern state of Bahia, named Canudos.
